Project Endangered is an interactive web experience that tells the story of four endangered animals. The stories of these animals are told through a combination of an informative parallax website, and a 3D immersive experience. This project aims to educate users on the risks these animals face, build compassion towards the animals through interactive activities, and provide users with information regarding how the animals can be saved
Sincerely, Earth is an interactive storytelling website that provides young teenagers with an immersive experience as they learn about climate change which is a current global issue, and hopefully inspires the generation to become more aware and motivated to make a change.
Our team is working on a 5-7 minute short film that features both live action with VFX and 3D animations. Some of the objectives of this project are the combination of live action and animation into a short film while creatively telling an engaging story through visual and sound effects. We’ve been exploring many ways to bring together animation and live-action through different tools, and are excited to see the final result coming together.
HydroPuck is a physical device known as “puck” that works with an android app to help you monitor your water intake based on a calculation made specifically for you. In order for you to monitor your water intake, you must place the water bottle that you drink water from on the puck so that it can measure how much water you’re drinking. If you are away from your puck, you can manually update your water intake through the app.
Ditto – Who Am I? is an interactive short film made by four fourth year university students. Viewers are playing an ex soldier named Jacob and he must deal with a masked man to save the lives of his family. Based on viewers’ choices make and game play results during the film, they will reach different results. This is a easy-to-play casual party game good for a small amount of people
If All the Animals Came Inside is an augmented reality story experience based upon the children’s book by Eric Pinder. The story follows a young boy as he imagines what would happen if the animals all came inside one day, the preposterousness of it, and the great chaos that would ensue. The If All the Animals Came Inside app is a companion to the story book, and lets children explore the possibilities of wild animals coming inside their own house!
